Since I'm on my feet most days, it has helped take away my painful night leg cramps. I take it in the evening.

I have been using Metabolic Restore for approx 3 months. I also couple this with Berberine. I am down 11lbs and I have lost 7 inches off of my frame!! To me, that is WAY better than just losing weight. I can "slide" into my jeans and sweaters now. Not to mention my lab work has improved as well!
