Refund policy

At Restore Health Plus, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure a smooth return experience, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

1. Unopened Products

We offer a full refund for unopened products returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products must be in their original, sealed packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Opened Products

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened products.


Autoship Changes and Cancellations:

To change your Autoship status, log into your account and click on "Subscription" which is where you can modify products or pause your current Autoship. 

If your Autoship has already processed and you wish to cancel, please call into Customer Service, 800-654-7410, during our business hours and we will do our best effort to hold your order back from shipping. 

If your Autoship has processed and shipped before you call into cancel, you can return the unopened products back to us and we will refund you back less the cost of shipping.

 

How to Initiate a Return

2. Include the unopened product in your return package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).


Exceptions

Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned directly to the retailer, following their return policy.

Promotional or bundled items must be returned in their entirety to qualify for a refund.
